(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 07/11/12 -- Charlotte Resources Ltd. (CNSX: CHT) ("Charlotte") wishes to announce that it has terminated its option agreement with N. Tribe and Associates Ltd. and Norman Lloyd Tribe dated September 16, 2010, amended May 24, 2011. Pursuant to the option agreement, Charlotte had the right to acquire a mineral claim in the Osoyoos Mining Division of British Columbia known as the Ash Property.
