Castellum AB (publ) has through the wholly owned subsidiary Aspholmen
Fastigheter AB acquired five industrial properties of 63,180 sq.m. in Örebro for
SEKm 299. The properties are located in the areas Aspholmen, Bista and Pilängen
and are situated near the company's existing portfolio. The occupancy rate was
approx. 85% at the time for acquisition. The change of possession will take
place in September.
