Terra-Gruppen extends agreement with EVRY

(Oslo, 16 July 2012) Terra-Gruppen has entered into an agreement with EVRY for
the implementation and operation of a new office support platform for all its
associated operations. The platform will be delivered with flexible, state-of-
the-art and security-oriented solutions that are designed to meet the needs of
Norwegian banking, finance and real estate broking infrastructure. This will
ensure operationally reliable, flexible and efficient working for all the 3,000
employees that will use the platform. The agreement runs for 3.5 years, and
represents total contract value in the order of NOK 70 million.

that we offer a competitive industry-standard office support platform", comments

The platform to be delivered will be a unified platform for the entire Terra
alliance, which includes banks, the financial services provider Terra-Gruppen
and its subsidiaries, and associated chains of real estate brokers, amounting to
3,000 users in total. The scope of this contract is significantly greater than
previous agreements.
Terra-Gruppen is owned by 79 independent local Norwegian banks and the housing
co-operative OBOS (Oslo Bolig- og Sparelag). The shareholders are also the main
distributors of the financial group's products and services, and represent a
total customer base of around 1 million customers.
