(firmenpresse) - COTTAGE GROVE, TN -- (Marketwire) -- 07/17/12 -- Cooper Holding Corp. (PINKSHEETS: COHO) today announced they have retained Mr. Frank Yates, Jr., of Louisville, Kentucky, as Corporate/Securities Counsel effective July 16, 2012.
CEO Daniel Cooper remarked, "We are pleased to have someone with the experience and reputation of Mr. Yates representing our interest.
