Report of Acquisition of Shares of Extenway Solutions Inc.
(firmenpresse) - NOTRE-DAME DE L'ILE PERROT, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 07/17/12 -- On July 12, 2012, John McAllister acquired (the "Acquisition") through his RRIF ownership of 1,000,000 common shares (the "Shares") of Extenway Solutions Inc. ("Extenway") (TSX VENTURE: EY) through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange at a price of $0.035 per share, representing approximately 0.75% of Extenway's 133,631,794 issued and outstanding common shares. Prior to July 12, 2012, Mr. McAllister beneficially owned 23,288,535 common shares of Extenway through John McAllister Holdings Inc.
As a result of the Acquisition, Mr. McAllister beneficially owns 24,288,535 common shares of Extenway, representing approximately 18.18% of 133,631,794 issued and outstanding common shares of Extenway.
The Shares were acquired for investment purposes. The investments will be reviewed on a continuing basis and the holdings may be increased or decreased in the future. Any future purchases or sales of the common shares of Extenway will depend upon market conditions, compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and other factors.
