Karlsruhe, July 17, 2012 - Recyc Commodities files capital increase from
authorized capital in the sum of 700,000 Euros with the commercial
registry. The company now has a paid in capital equity base of 2,100,000
Euros.
In addition to this, the Hamburg stock exchange has approved the listing of
the company's shares, and initiated trading in the company's stock
effective July 16, 2012. Due to this fact the tradability of the company's
shares remains intact following the planned closing of the First Quotation
Board in Frankfurt at the end of the year.
Recyc Commodities SE's managing director, Mr. Paul Bosmediano commented, 'I
am extremely pleased that as a result of the new listing in Hamburg, we can
finally put an end to speculation on a possible delisting in Q4 2012. The
trading liquidity of our company's shares is ensured for the time being.'
