EasyMed Services Update
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/17/12 -- EasyMed Services, Inc. (CNSX: EZM)(OTCBB: EMYSF)(MUN: EY6) ("EasyMed" or the "Company") announced today that it has mutually agreed with Biosign Technologies Inc. ("Biosign") to terminate its previously announced transaction to combine operations. The difficult economic climate resulted in Biosign being unable to raise the minimum of $2 million of proceeds to satisfy the financing condition on the transaction. The parties have exchanged releases and no payments are owing by either Biosign or EasyMed.
EasyMed CEO Tejinder Sahota commented that, "EasyMed has agreed to terminate the proposed transaction because certain key financial conditions were not met. We would like to point out however that the distribution agreement between our respective companies is still valid and after the Biosign restructuring we hope to engage in the future on viable business opportunities."
