Sky Poker Players Competing in World Series of Poker in Las Vegas
Seven Sky Poker Players Are Heading to Las Vegas to Compete in the World Series of Poker

(firmenpresse) - LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM -- (Marketwire) -- 07/18/12 -- Sky Poker will once again be off to the bright lights of Las Vegas as seven of their best players will be competing in the World Series of Main Event.
The seven competitors won their prize packages as part of the Sky Poker Viva Las Vegas promotion. These lucky players will be able to experience the high and lows, along with the dramas and tensions of the World Series of Poker.
So can Sky Poker's very own team of elite players make an impact at the 2012 World Series of Poker? You can follow all of the latest updates on Sky Poker as Tikay updates you on how they fare.
The seven players heading to Las Vegas with Sky Poker are Julian Thew (Yoyo), James Foley (FOLEYBOY1), Marc Wright (Railtard11), Neil Giblin (Jakally), Tommy Dyer (TommyD), Matt Bates (MattBates), and Kevin Finan (oldboy271). All of these players boast a great deal of poker experience, and are hoping to win big in Vegas.
Julian Thew, for instance, is a Sky Poker Pro and one of the best players in the UK poker scene. He has already cashed in over $2.7 million in live tournaments, and has won the GUKPT and EPT titles, as well as a Sky Poker Tour event.
Unlike Julian, James Foley qualified for the World Series of Poker Main Event for just GBP 2.20! He also had a fantastic performance at the Sky Poker Tour in Blackpool, and will hope to repeat this performance in the Nevada heat. Marc Wright also qualified in the same Sky Poker event as James, but typically plays bigger buy-in online tournaments.
Although all of these players come from different poker backgrounds, all of them will be competitive in Las Vegas.
