Satview Broadband in Discussions to Acquire Cable Systems

(firmenpresse) - RENO, NV -- (Marketwire) -- 07/19/12 -- Satview Broadband, Ltd., a subsidiary of WENR Corporation (PINKSHEETS: WNRC), announced today, it is in discussions with various cable operators to acquire up to five additional cable systems. The Company is reviewing documentation, financials and market potential. These systems are located in western states with close proximity to Satview's current operations. If these systems are acquired, the Company's subscriber base would more than double.

Additionally Satview has acquired 50% of the remaining Jackpot, Nevada system it did not own. Terms were not disclosed.
