InternetArray in Negotiations to Acquire Social Media Company

(firmenpresse) - NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwire) -- 07/19/12 -- InternetArray, Inc (PINKSHEETS: INAR) disclosed that it is in negotiations for a significant stake in or acquisition of an on-line political social media community. The Company will provide additional details as they become available.

This potential acquisition was the result of efforts by members of the new emergent technology advisory group announced by InternetArray on July 6, 2012.

The advisory group, comprised of principals from Noobis, Inc., StockPlay, InternetArray's executive management, outside business partners and representatives from the Company's public relations team is focused toward identifying new investment, acquisition and participation ventures in accordance with the Company's stated objective of providing guidance and investment for innovative, early stage web-centric companies.
