CEO Alonzo Pierce said, "The Company has signed a MOU for the purchase of an equity position in Imperial Beverage Group, LLC. The purchase not only allows the company to participate in the profits, it also will allow the company's brands to be distributed by Imperial Beverage Group which allows our Operational cost to shrink dramatically. This opportunity gives us the best chances of controlling our business from inventory, distribution, cash flow and marketing our brands and brands we will distribute with profits and increased profits. We will invite other suppliers into our organization who are making great headway for their brands but are being slowed because of the larger distributors obligation to the national brands. We will offer them up-close and personal opportunities to showcase their brands. We will create jobs around the state for salesmen to manage our business. Imperial currently has a distribution contract with American Airlines, winetasting.com, a subsidiary of 1-800-Flowers and Coca-Cola, of which we will benefit from."
