Hangzhou Infinergy Enters into a Definitive Agreement with Government
Officials of Jilin City, Jilin Province (PR China)
London, England, July 20, 2012: Hangzhou Infinergy Limited is pleased to
announce that pursuant to our press release of May 22, 2012, the official
meetings with government officials in Jilin City, Jilin Province (PR China)
to provide a solution for their Municipal Solid Waste ('MSW') and
Agricultural Waste has resulted in the signing of a Definitive Agreement.
Infinergy will build a waste processing plant utilizing the KDV Fast
Catalytic Depolymerization technology that converts Municipal and
Agricultural Solid Waste into diesel fuel.
Jilin City is one of several municipalities that are in the final stages of
negotiating ground breaking long term contracts with us that will solidify
Infinergy as a industry leader for waste management solutions in China.
Including Jilin City we have four contracts in the final stages of
discussion that when completed will result in more than $75 million in
annual revenue.
Mr. Jeff Mak, President and CEO comments, 'The Agreement calls for us to
install the 20 ton pilot machine that we have purchased as soon as
possible. It further provides that we will follow that installation with a
second 100 ton capacity KDV Fast Catalytic Depolymerization to increase our
processing capacity to 120 tons of waste per day.'
Mr. Mak continues, 'Jilin is our first executed Definitive Agreement that
we hope to have in operation before the end of 2012. The demand from other
municipalities for our solution is overwhelming but not surprising given
the challenges faced by government officials in dealing with both Municipal
and Agricultural Waste in an eco-friendly manner.'
Mr. Mak concludes, 'The Waste Management Solutions Infinergy Energy offers
municipalities virtually eliminates the difficulties created by the
agricultural waste that the farmers in China are facing and creates green
clean energy. Our solution meets the need for the development of renewable
alternative energy sources while helping the agriculture communities to
eliminate one of the largest problems that the farmers are facing every
harvest'.
