Athena Salon, Day Spa & Wellness' Lead Esthetician Wins Top Award in Regional Makeup Competition

The contest, called "Feeling Alive," was open to any spa or salon that carries jane iredale Mineral Cosmetics, Ltd. in the Colorado Region.
"Feeling Alive" is not only the name of the competition, but the theme. Raquel Thompson interpreted the theme with the spring collection on model and Athena , Spa & Wellness' receptionist, Emily Strawser. Thompson started with Athena in 2009 and is the Assistant Manager in addition to Lead Esthetician and Makeup Artist. In addition to winning the top award, Raquel also was awarded a full set of jane iredale professional makeup brushes. The contest was judged by associates in the region.
