(TSX VENTURE: PX)(OTCBB: PGXPF) ("Pelangio" or the "Company") hereby announces that Brendan Cahill, Vice President Corporate Development, is stepping down from his management position effective today to assume a senior position with a producing resource company. Mr. Cahill will continue to provide certain consultancy and advisory services to Pelangio on an ongoing basis.
