Two-Channel Pyrodetector in a TO-18 Package
Detectors for the Measurement of Gases

(PresseBox) - Keeping up with the trend toward miniaturization, InfraTec GmbH developed a twochannel detector in a TO-18 housing. The LIM-102 has detector elements that are 1.4 mm x 1.0 mm in size and operates in voltage mode.
This pyrodetector is optimized for operation in the frequency range between 1-5 Hz. The aperture has a diameter of 3.3 mm.
The first prototypes were assembled with the following filter types: 4.27 ?m / 170 nm (CO2) and 3.98 ?m / 90 nm (reference).
