Enterprise-Microblogging-Service swabr starts Crowdfunding on Innovestment
On Sunday, 29th of July 2012, the crowdfunding of swabr will start on the Innovestment platform. The founders of the enterprise microblogging service want to take the next step with the help of micro-investors to continue develop and release new features.

Innovestment is a new crowd-investing platform for startups. Innovestment offers the possibility to present innovative ideas to private investors and to sell silent shares via an auction platform to the highest bidders. An investment is possible with just 1.000 EUR. Innovestment provides startups a completely new way of raising capital and offers private investors the opportunity to participate in innovative startup projects and to benefit from it.
Until now, the founders of swabr developed the service with its own funds and meanwhile pushed it up to 2,000 registered corporate networks. With the Innovestment crowdfunding the website will be further developed; mobile applications and a premium version will be published.
swabr co-founder Lukas Pfeiffer is happy about the upcoming crowdfunding: “Currently, many innovative ideas emerge, but there´s a lack of capital to realize them. We have backed swabr with our own funds so far. With crowdfunding, micro-investors now can support these innovative concepts with small amounts. Therefore, we find the latest development of Innovestment very exciting. With their support, we can gain capital and know-how to tackle our next milestones (mobile apps and premium version). We will also grow our team in development and design and are always on the lookout for new talents. We are looking forward to the further development.”
Innovestment has set itself the goal of connecting innovative startups and private investors. On the crowdfunding platform qualified individuals can expand their investment portfolio by profitable investments with a very healthy perspective. At the same time startup companies can realize their good ideas faster. Both sides will benefit this way, and it keeps Germany a hub for technology.
