LAMBDA TD Software Shows Strong 2nd Quarter 2012 Results
Getting Ready for Deutsche Boerse Entry Standard Upgrade
LAS VEGAS (NV), July 27, 2012: LAMBDA TD Software Inc. (FRANKFURT, Symbol: XLS, ISIN: US51327T1051, WKN: A0YJT2) today announced financial results for the 2nd quarter of 2012. LAMBDA recorded quarterly sales of USD $878,845, with Gross Profit of USD $769,045 and Net Income of USD $649,887. Majority of revenues are attributed to the Mira Villa Summerlin project, luxury single family home installations and ramped up sales of the new Condoplex “Cloud Kiosk”.

Corcoran, CEO of LAMBDA TD Software, comments, “While our sales and installation of our flagship LFE™ FIVE Smart Home & Universal Remote Control System has become a “cash cow” over the past few years, our dedication to the “open-source cloud platform” has yielded for us a breakout product to enter the commercial markets. The “Cloud Kiosk” provides that entry and in a big way! We have a new agreement for a 143-unit mid-rise luxury condo project at 136 N. Scottsdale Rd in Arizona, and are about to install the “Cloud Kiosk” product into the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. We are currently installing our product into an international law firm’s Las Vegas offices. The Laguna Del Mar project in Puerto Penasco, Mexico is steadily moving forward and we are also working closely with key people for the construction of the USD $1 Billion Grand Canyon Navajo Project in which we hope to install a large number of our “Cloud Kiosk” product throughout their property.”
Leveraged into the high-end luxury builder’s market, LAMBDA TD Software believes that it is exactly where it needs to be for when the housing industry gets back once again to its historic strength. The U.S. Housing Market is turning the corner and U.S. Home Values that have posted first annual increase in nearly five years. LAMBDA TD Software has been meeting with several major shopping mall property management companies and has received overall favorable acceptance of the “Cloud Kiosk” product. Furthermore, LAMBDA TD Software has a new project in Northwest Las Vegas similar in size and scope to the Mira Villa Summerlin and will be able to announce that soon.
Pushing the implementation of LAMBDA’s large multi-hundred unit projects, such as Mexico-based Laguna Del Mar forward, while simultaneously furthering large developer projects like the Great Park Neighborhoods project is growing LAMBDA’s customer base and extending LAMBDA’s revenue streams through close partnerships with industry leading architectural firms such as Bent Severin Design Group in Scottsdale, Arizona, and collaboration with future projects in Asia and South America, LAMBDA is also developing a strategic alliance with a major Taiwan manufacturer, Total Technologies Ltd., for a potential joint LAMBDA TD Software Office opening next year in Shanghai, China. More detailed information about this will be released in the next few months.
