Uni-Select Announces Appointments in Senior Management

(firmenpresse) - BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 07/27/12 -- Uni-Select Inc. (TSX: UNS) is pleased to announce the following appointments in its senior management. These changes enhance the responsibilities of the nominees to deliver results in keeping with the Corporation's strategic objectives.

Mr. Gary O'Connor is named President and Chief Operating Officer, Automotive Canada. Mr. O'Connor cumulates over 25 years of knowledge in the industry and is a member of senior management since 2006.

Mr. William E. Alexander is appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, US Automotive. Mr. Alexander has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive industry and joined Uni-Select in 2008.

Mr. Daniel A. Courtney is appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of FinishMaster, the paint and body equipment subsidiary of Uni-Select in the USA. Mr. Courtney has been with FinishMaster since 2002.

Mr. Denis Mathieu is named Executive Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Mathieu has been with Uni-Select since 2007.

The above executives together with Guy Archambault, Vice President, Corporate Development will report to Richard G. Roy, President and Chief Executive Officer.

All nominations are effective immediately.
