xMatters Helps Children in Need With Participation in World-Wide Pajama Program

The Pajama Program exists to bring pajamas and books to children who don't have a stable home, in some cases their bedtimes are not comforting events like every child should have.
xMatters employees, partners and clients are joining forces to bring pajamas and bedtime stories to children across the globe.
Our culture at xMatters is based on community. Therefore, it's extremely important to each member of the xMatters team to come together in the communities in which we live, as well as join together to aid programs that directly benefit those that need it the most, children.
Thousands of children served by Pajama Program live in orphanages, group homes and shelters. In the U.S. foster care system alone there are more than 500,000 children. Many have been abandoned or neglected and have never enjoyed the simple comfort of putting on a cozy pair of pajamas and having a mother or father tuck them in at bedtime and read to them. Teens in the system have often spent most of their childhood without sleepwear or the chance to read themselves to sleep. Since 2001, Pajama Program has provided more than one million pairs of new pajamas and books to children in need.
