Leerink Swann downgraded shares of Auxilium Pharma (NASDAQ: AUXL) from an
outperform rating to a market perform rating. They noted that the move was a
valuation call.

Compass Point downgraded shares of Cardtronics (NASDAQ: CATM) from a buy rating

Roth Capital upgraded shares of Cavium Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: CAVM) from a
