Everton Announces Grant of Options
(firmenpresse) - OTTAWA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/01/12 -- Everton Resources Inc. ("Everton") (TSX VENTURE: EVR)(OTCQX: EVRRF)(FRANKFURT: ERV) has granted options to purchase up to 2,500,000 common shares of the Company to Officers, Directors, and Consultants. Of the 2,500,000 options granted, 1,600,000 options entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of five years ending July 30, 2017. The remaining options entitle the holder to purchase one common share of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share until July 30, 2017.
