NAT is not aware of any corporate news that caused this type of trading. The New York Stock Exchange have advised us that they and regulators will investigate what happened in a number of stocks yesterday.
The dividend and earnings report for the second quarter 2012 will be published August 7, 2012 before opening of the New York Stock Exchange. As previously advised the investor market, the dividend will be paid on August 30, 2012 to shareholders of record as of August 17, 2012.
