Revolver Resources Inc.: Corporate & Gold Exploration Update, Urban-Barry Belt, Quebec
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/02/12 -- Revolver Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RZ) (the "Company" or "Revolver") has completed its first phase of exploration on its Lucky-North and Lucky-South blocks (the "Property") which is situated approximately 190 kilometres northeast of Val d'Or, Quebec in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The Abitibi is one of the world's key gold belts. The Property is located in a part of the Abitibi called the Urban-Barry belt which has recently become a hotbed of gold exploration.
This gold exploration has led to the definition of three NI 43-101 compliant gold resources in the area. The first of these three resources is Eagle Hill's Windfall Lake property which contains an indicated gold resource of 538,000 ounces (1,665,000 tonnes (at) 10.05 g/t of gold) and an inferred resource of 822,000 ounces (2,906,000 tonnes (at) 8.76 g/t) and was disclosed on July 25, 2012. BonTerra Resources' Eastern Extension property hosts the second NI 43-101 compliant gold resource and filed its technical report two days later on July 27th. BonTerra's inferred gold resource of 492,000 ounces (4,337,000 tonnes (at) 3.53 g/t) was based on their first 15,642 metres of drilling along with historical drilling completed by Xemac Resources. Thirdly is Metanor's Barry Deposit. This deposit contains an indicated resource of 309,500 ounces (7,701,000 tonnes (at) 1.29 g/t) and 471,950 ounces inferred (10,411,000 tonnes (at) 1.65 g/t).

The Property is situated in the Urban-Barry gold camp, a segment of Quebec's world famous Abitibi Greenstone Belt. The primary target for all gold exploration in the area are mineralized and altered quartz veins which follow persistent regional fault systems and are generally associated with areas with a high magnetic signature and chargeability. The regional trends associated with gold mineralization continue for many kilometres, as is the case in other parts of the Abitibi.
