Alonzo Pierce, CEO of Emperial Americas, commented, "In the spirits industry OND (October, November and December) historically represents 40% of the sales for the year. In an industry that is resilient, the forth quarter gives spirits a huge push. We feel that several components have been put in place from an operations perspective that allows us to focus on future growth curves. The sales team has been increased for a faster case depletion so that we may be able to meet the demand of purchase orders in OND. Our promotions for Q4 will consist of a several tasting campaigns where prohibited, national print and high-impact, high-profile social media advertising campaigns describing the brands and recipes for new and existing consumers. For our regional and independent accounts we will be hosting Signature Dinner parties with a emphasis on "Being Distinguished, Don't Drink and Drive" as well as hosting high profile events surrounding our strategic partnerships. With all efforts now in place we feel that we will close out the 4th Quarter with orders in excess of $500,000.00, resulting in increased shareholder value. With this strong close of 2012 we will be poised to start 2013 where we will be loaded with a solid functional foundation."
