Augen Capital Changes Name to Gensource Capital Corporation
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/02/12 -- Gensource Capital Corporation ("Gensource" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GSP) (formerly Augen Capital Corp.) announces that it has changed its name from Augen Capital Corp. to Gensource Capital Corporation effective August 1, 2012. The Company's shares will trade on the TSXV under the new symbol "GSP" effective at the open of trading on Thursday, August 2, 2012.
Shareholders of the Company approved the name change at the annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 28, 2012.
