Uranio AG is a Swiss based exploration company focused on the exploration
and development of uranium deposits worldwide. Its shares are traded on the
Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the WKN: A0M KD4 (ISIN: CH0028827852)
The Company owns more than 80.000 hectares of exploration licences in
Argentina and two consessions in the world famous Central African Republic
uranium area Bakouma known as Bakouma North and Ndenguiero. More details on

Following the announcement of the 5th of November 2009, the Board of Uranio
AG received a letter from the Chinese Group withdrawing the original offer
for its Bakouma properties and proposing to the Board to renegotiate the
terms.
On the other hand, Uranio AG is presently holding detailed discussions with
two other different Groups in regards of possible Joint Ventures for its
Bakouma uranium concessions in the Central African Republic and the
Argentinean Concessions.
Uranio AG will analyze the different offers and evaluate, which alternative
is the most attractive for its shareholders.
