(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/03/12 -- Western Pacific Trust Company (TSX VENTURE: WP) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that, subject to regulatory approval, Mr. John de Wit, C.A. has been appointed to the Board of Directors effective August 2, 2012.
Throughout his career, Mr. de Wit has held a number of senior executive positions, both in Europe and Canada, with a variety of organizations including multinationals, nationals and financial institutions.
John also serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
