Senior bond issue

Storebrand ASA has today successfully completed the issue of senior unsecured
bonds for NOK 600 million. The issue contains of one 3-year NOK 200 million
fixed rate bond at a coupon of 5,0%, and a 3-year senior floating rate notes for
NOK 400 million 3 month coupon rate of NIBOR + 1.50%.
Advisor and bookrunner was DnB NOR Markets.
