VSG Vange Software Group AG: Beiou Huang departs from management team
9 August 2012 - The Board of Directors of VSG Vange Software Group AG
(ISIN: CH0149557099, ticker: VWA) has received Mr Beiou Huang's letter of
resignation from the management team for personal reasons and approved Mr.
Huang's resignation with immediate effect. Mr. Huang has been the
Company's CFO since August 2011 and participated in the company's IPO
process in June 2012 but was not a member of Swiss-registered Vange's Board
of Directors. In the meantime, as resolved by the Board of Directors, a
member of Group Management and the Board of Directors, Ms Chahua Lin
(Deputy CEO), will assume responsibility for finance at the interim, while
the Board searches for a new permanent CFO. The company continues to strive
for active communication with European investors within the scope of its
positive growth trend.
