VSG Vange Software Group AG increases net earnings by 51% in the first half
of the year
26 September 2012?VSG Vange Software Group AG (WKN: A1JTW0, Ticker: VWA)
increased its revenue by 60%, from EUR 16.6 million in the previous year to
EUR 26.7 million in the first half of 2012. This originated from both
higher order volumes and the continued overall increase in customer
numbers. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) rose from EUR 7.7
million in the first half of 2011 to EUR 11.9 million, corresponding to a
rise of 55%. Net earnings increased by 51%, from EUR 5.7 million in the
previous year to EUR 8.6 million. Taking into account positive changes in
exchange rates in the first half of 2012, total earnings went up from EUR
4.6 million in the previous year to EUR 10.5 million, a rise of 128%.
Earnings per share amounted to EUR 2.12 in the first half of 2012.
The Company expects business to continue developing positively in the
second half of 2012.
