(TSX: EFL) announced today that it will report third quarter fiscal year 2012 financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2012 after market close on August 13, 2012. Electrovaya will hold a conference call on August 14, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) to discuss the Company's financial results and provide a business update.
