KONE to deliver People Flow solutions to two IICG shopping centres in China

KONE has been selected to deliver 69 eco-efficient elevators, 121 escalators and
10 autowalks to 2 super regional shopping centres developed, owned and managed
by Inter IKEA Centre Group. The shopping centres located in Wuxi and Beijing
will become one-stop shopping destinations with a full range of offerings
including fashion retailers, restaurants, cafés and leisure components, anchored
by cinema, electronics, hypermarket and IKEA. Both will serve a catchment area
of more than 12 million inhabitants and KONE's innovative solutions will help
ensure smooth People Flow® for over 10 thousand visitors every day.
For the IICG Beijing shopping centre spread over 210,000 square meters gross
leasable area on 3 levels, KONE will deliver 21 KONE S MonoSpace® passenger
elevators, 14 KONE TranSys(TM) service elevators, 10 freight elevators, 63 KONE
TravelMaster(TM) escalators and 10 autowalks. For the shopping centre in Wuxi
which has 150,000 square meters gross leasable area on 3 levels, KONE will
deliver 13 KONE S MonoSpace® passenger elevators and 11 freight elevators, as
well as one KONE TransitMaster(TM) and 57 KONE TravelMaster(TM) escalators. Both
IICG shopping centres will also have the KONE E-Link monitoring system to ensure
high performance levels of the equipment.

The IICG Beijing shopping centre is scheduled to open at the end of 2014 and the
one in Wuxi at the end of 2013. The order was booked in the second quarter of
2012.
