Silvore Fox Announces Results of AGM
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/13/12 -- Silvore Fox Minerals Corp. (the "Corporation" or "Silvore Fox") (TSX VENTURE: SFX) reports results from its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held August 8, 2012 in Toronto.
The Silvore Fox AGM had 45.49% of shareholders voting represented in person or by proxy. The motion to fix the number of directors of the Corporation at four for the next year was passed, as was the motion to re-appoint KPMG LLP (Canada) as auditors of the Corporation. Voters also elected all four Board of Director nominees set forth in the management information circular. Other business included the approval of the Corporation's stock option plan as required annually by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Two former directors, Dr. Jingbin Wang and Mr. Ronald Goguen, decided to retire from the board this year. Silvore Fox would like to acknowledge their considerable efforts and thank both for their respective valuable contribution to the Corporation.
