Bri-Chem Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/13/12 -- Bri-Chem Corp. ("Bri-Chem") (TSX: BRY), a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids and steel pipe, announces that it has granted options to acquire up to 695,000 common shares to four executive officers, three independent directors and key employees of Bri-Chem. The options are granted in accordance with Bri-Chem's stock option plan and have terms that expire ten years from the grant date.
