bauma China attracts new cooperation
Through an international cooperation agreement between Messe München and the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), CONEXPO Asia is to be included in bauma China for the first time in 2010, for the 5th showing of this International Trade Fair for Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines, Construction Vehicles and Equipment.
(firmenpresse) - “This cooperation is set to give yet another boost to international, and especially US-participation by exhibitors and visitors in bauma China in Shanghai”, Eugen Egetenmeir, Deputy Managing Director of Messe München, pointed out.
And AEM President Dennis Slater stated: “The Chinese market continues to offer vast opportunities for the construction industry and our members. Our support of bauma China is a major component of our global solutions-oriented services targeting the China and Asia marketplace.”
At the last bauma China in November 2008, 81 of the 1,608 exhibitors at the fair came from the USA. Over the last four events, bauma China, through strong support of its Chinese partners as well as international associations, has developed into the leading trade fair for the construction machinery sector in China and Asia achieving record results. And, with 210,000 square metres of exhibition space, bauma China is the biggest and most successful trade fair in Asia for the sector.
bauma China 2010 takes place from 23 to 26 November 2010 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC).
