DANNEMORA MINERAL CONSIDERING OSLO LISTING FOR COMPANY SHARE
Dannemora has initiated discussions with representatives of the Oslo Stock
Exchange regarding listing the Company's B share. An Oslo listing will not have
any effect on the share's Stockholm listing.
The Oslo Stock Exchange is largely commodity-based, with commodities accounting
for approximately 60% of its total value. Consequently, its investors have
extensive experience in commodity-based shares, and many international investors
turn to Oslo in order to obtain exposure to commodities. Analysts and the media
are knowledgeable about the sector and monitor trends closely.
Staffan Bennerdt CEO and President of Dannemora Mineral: "An Oslo listing would
give us exposure to new commodity investors, particularly from Norway, the USA
and the UK. These investors will be important in tying up the financing of our
investments."
