Dundee REIT August 2012 Monthly Distribution

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/20/12 -- DUNDEE REIT (TSX: D.UN) today announced a cash distribution of $0.183 per REIT Unit, Series A for the month of August. The August distribution will be payable on September 15, 2012 to unitholders of record as at August 31, 2012.

Dundee REIT is focused on owning, acquiring, leasing and managing well-located, high-quality central business district and suburban office properties.
