The Company announced that its quarterly report on Form 10-Q, reporting its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2012, would be filed on or before August 27, 2012. The delay in filing the Company's 10-Q is a result of awaiting completion of acquisition accounting matters and completion of pro forma financial statements related to its recent foreign acquisition of Apex Systems Integrators, Inc. of Burlington, Ontario, Canada. The Company expects the acquisition accounting reports to be filed under the Company's Form 8-K/A on or about August 23, 2012, thus permitting completion and filing of the second quarter Form 10-Q.
