DIAGNOS Announces Amendment to Its Stock Option Plan

("DIAGNOS" or "the Corporation") (TSX VENTURE: ADK), a leader in the use of artificial intelligence and advanced knowledge-extraction techniques, announces that the board of directors of the Corporation has approved an amendment to the Corporation's stock option plan in order to increase the maximum number of common shares that may be issued pursuant thereto from 8,000,000 to 12,000,000. This amendment is subject to TSX Venture acceptance and shareholders' approval.
