Urban Select Clarifies Erroneously Attributed News Release

(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/24/12 -- Urban Select Capital Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: CH) would like to clarify a news release (the "News Release") entitled "URBAN SELECT CAPITAL CORP ("CH-V") - Enters Into Definitive Agreement With Zyy Eletronics Corp.", which was not issued by the Company.

The News Release was issued via Market News Publishing, Inc. ("Market News") on August 23, 2012 by Urban Select Exploration Inc. ("Urban Select Exploration"), but Market News unilaterally changed the headline of the News Release and erroneously attributed the News Release to the Company.

Urban Select Exploration used to be a subsidiary of the Company, but became a separate and independent reporting issuer by way of a plan of arrangement completed in February 2012.

Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
