FALLS CHURCH, Va. and ST. PETERSBURG, Russia, 2012-08-27 14:00 CEST (GLOBE
NEWSWIRE) --
CORFAC International (Corporate Facility Advisors) 2012 President Doug Marshall
announced that Bright Rich in St. Petersburg, Russia has joined the commercial
real estate services organization as its first affiliate in Russia. CORFAC
International is an entrepreneurial and leading commercial real estate services
organization with market reach in 65 countries worldwide.
As a market leader in the industrial, office and retail sectors, Bright
Rich/CORFAC International has worked with numerous high-profile international
companies.
Established in 2008 in St. Petersburg, Bright Rich provides real estate market
analysis, tenant representation and landlord representation services in all of
the major Russian commercial real estate submarkets. In St. Petersburg, the
firm is ranked 4th among industrial brokerages, 5th in office brokerage, and
6th in retail.
'We're extremely pleased that we continue to attract high quality professional
firms like Bright Rich to CORFAC International. They share our organization's
standards of excellence and integrity and bring considerable opportunity for us
to develop international business together,' said Marshall.
CORFAC's point-of-contact for Bright Rich is Marina Kukharenko, Acting Head of
Department/Foreign Markets.
Ms. Kukharenko cited the automotive industry and commercial investment sectors
as key reasons for joining CORFAC International.
'Our focus, to serve clients in Russia, Europe and now North America, is
enhanced by our affiliation with CORFAC International. St. Petersburg is known
as the 'Russian Detroit' for production facilities operated by Ford, Toyota,
GM, Nissan and other automotive companies. In addition, Russian investors
frequently seek to place capital in urban markets outside of Russia and CORFAC
has representation in dozens of European and U.S. cities that are good
investment markets,' said Kukharenko.

CORFAC International has a specialty practice group doing a significant amount
of business with the automotive industry, called the Midwest Group, and is
comprised of a dozen CORFAC affiliates in as many states. Karbank Real Estate
Company LLP/CORFAC International, based in Kansas City, MO, recently announced
that the firm had completed a build-to-suit development lease and two
additional lease transactions with two automotive industry industrial space
occupiers totaling nearly 850,000 square feet. Olen Monsees, SIOR and President
of Karbank, along with Senior Vice President Jack Allen represented LMV
Automotive Systems in the site selection, incentive analysis and long term
lease of a 212,500-square-foot build-to-suit in Liberty, MO. Allen also
co-brokered two industrial leases with Comprehensive Logistics in Kansas City
totaling 630,000 square feet.
Other CORFAC firms, including L. Mason Capitani/CORFAC International in
Detroit, MI and Weber Wood Medinger/CORFAC International in Cleveland, OH have
completed dozens of lease and sale transactions with auto-industry companies.
In recent months, CORFAC has added international firms in Germany (with a
presence in Poland), Italy, Ireland, Greece, India and China, plus a North
American firm in Saskatchewan, Canada. Visit www.corfac.com.
