CORFAC International 2013 President Bill Hawkins, SIOR, announced that Emmerson
Commercial Sp z o.o has become a CORFAC International affiliate in Poland and
will represent the organization with commercial real estate services throughout
Poland. The firm is located at ul Stawki 40 in the country's capital city of
Warsaw.
CORFAC International (Corporate Facility Advisors) is comprised of privately
held entrepreneurial firms with expertise in office, industrial and retail real
estate leasing and investment sales, multifamily property acquisitions and
dispositions, property management and corporate services.
Emmerson Commercial is led by Managing Director Nigel Wade, MRICS. Emmerson
Commercial is a recently formed entity and associated with Emmerson, which
began business in 1994 to serve all aspects of the Polish real estate market.
Emmerson Commercial has 15 agents and officers specializing in office,
industrial, retail and land brokerage and advisory services.
In addition to providing agency leasing services in the office, retail and
logistics sectors, Emmerson Commercial serves landlords and tenants, investors
in acquisitions and dispositions and valuation consulting services.

A native of the UK, Wade has lived in Poland since 1993 and speaks Polish
fluently. He studied structural engineering at Bristol Polytechnic and was a
founding member of the Warsaw Research Forum, a group of market analysts from
leading property consultancy companies in Poland. Wade formerly held the post
of Managing Director for CBRE in Poland (from 2000-2008) and was responsible
for a number of landmark transactions.
Emmerson Commercial was formed in July 2013 and is a subsidiary of Grupa
