On 28 August 2012, OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative's Executive Board
decided to reduce OP-Pohjola Group's OP-prime reference rate from 1.35% to
1.20%, effective as of 11 September 2012. The decision is based on falling
market interest rates. The last time OP-prime was changed in July 2012.
