Castellum AB's first issue under the MTN-program

Castellum has completed the first issue of SEKm 600 under the company's MTN-
program with a total program size of SEKbn 5.
The total issued amount of SEKm 600 was split by a 3 year FRN bond of SEKm 475
with 3M Stibor + 2.30% p.a. and a 3 year fixed rate bond of SEKm 125 with a
fixed coupon of 4% p.a.
The bonds are unsecured and are a complement to the current funding.
