restoration of Fontanka, 57

Ruric is announcing a tender for design works on the major overhaul and
restoration of the former Ministry of Home Affairs located in Fontanka, 57.
Potential participants of the tender are the project organizations.
Tender applications are expected by September, 12, 2012, 12.00 a.m. (MSK)
Commercial proposals are expected by October 10, 2012 12 a.m. (MSK)


Ruric management's intention is to take all advantages of the historical
building constructed in the first half of the XIX century by turning it to the
complex business center brining significant profit to the company and its
shareholders and bondholders.
