X-Change Corporation Closes Its Transaction With Guardian Telecom, a Manufacturer for the Industrial, Petrochemical, Power and Gas and Industrial Sector
(firmenpresse) - HOUSTON, TX -- (Marketwire) -- 08/28/12 -- X-Change Corporation (OTCQB: XCHC) (PINKSHEETS: XCHC) announced today that it has closed on its transaction with Guardian Telecom, Inc. The acquisition of Guardian Telecom, Inc. will expand X-Change Corporation's product line and services into the industrial, petrochemical, power facilities, refineries, exploratory drilling, operation of wells on leases, and the servicing of drilling and workover rigs. The Company is expected to file a Super 8K with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Guardian Telecom Inc. received today an additional $421,000.00 purchase order from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, LTD. for its Gulf Nong Saeng Power Plant project in Japan to provide hazardous telecommunications equipment, software and services. The delivery date is contracted for January 15, 2013.
