Eltek ASA - successfully completed new bond issue

Reference is made to the notification sent on 18 March 2010 regarding a new
contemplated bond issue in Eltek ASA. A NOK 210 million unsecured bond issue
with expected maturity date on 8 April 2015 has now successfully been completed.
Settlement date is expected to be 8 April 2010. An application will be made for
the bonds to be listed on Oslo ABM as soon as practically possible. The proceeds
will be used for refinancing of existing.
SEB Merchant Banking and Pareto Securities acted as Joint Arrangers of the new
bond issue.
