(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, AB -- (Marketwire) -- 08/28/12 -- Terra Nova Energy Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: TGC) ("Terra Nova" or the "Corporation") announces that its former auditor, Morgan and Company ("Morgan"), has resigned effective August 17, 2012, at the request of the Corporation, and KPMG LLP ("KPMG") has been appointed as the successor auditor. In accordance with National Instrument 51-102, the Corporation intends to file a Change of Auditor Notice on SEDAR, together with letters from Morgan and KPMG, each confirming that it is in agreement with the statements contained in the notice, as applicable.
