Northeast Oklahoma Provider Chooses Phytel's Automation and Analytic Tools to Build Infrastructure for Quality Programs, Accountable Care

HHS will deploy to 100 primary care physicians -- nearly half of the 195 providers at Utica Park Clinic -- to ensure that their patients receive recommended preventive and chronic care. The health system then plans to implement , which uses a web-based registry and advanced analytics to measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives and generate actionable data to improve health outcomes across a population.
Hillcrest is involved in multiple quality improvement projects with both commercial health plans and Medicare. Sixty Utica Park Clinic physicians were recently accepted into Medicare's Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative (CPCI), which gives primary care physicians the resources they need to better coordinate care for Medicare patients.
