Seven Arts Entertainment Announces Strong Audience Reaction to Multi-Platinum Artist, DMX, at Rock the Bells Events and Substantial Increase in Expected Initial Orders of DMX's Album "Undisputed" to Be Released on September 11, 2012

(NASDAQ: SAPX) ("Seven Arts" or the "Company") announced today that DMX appeared at Rock the Bells events in San Bernardino and Mountain View organized by "Rock the Bells" and played before more than 100,000 people. The audience reaction to this was strongly positive as reflected in the Los Angeles Times review issued on Sunday, August 19, 2012, which read: "Without a doubt, Saturday belonged to DMX, a rapper who ruled the charts over a decade ago. His anticipated return to the stage after years of a downward spiral that included more arrests than career hits and a few turns at reality TV was the undisputed highlight of the evening, with thousands cramming the front to hear what turned out to be a way-too-short set. DMX will perform in over 30 future Rock the Bells events over the next few months to support the release of his album, "Undisputed." Initial orders for DMX's album "Undisputed," which will be released on September 11, 2012, substantially increased beyond the expectations of Seven Arts Music and are expected to equal or exceed combined units both physically and digitally of 200,000 + units. These are initial projected shipments and do not include re-orders or increased activity based on single performance. There will be a substantial national television and internet advertising campaign to support the release of this exciting album.
